11 pounds - 8" Sugar Maple (Hard Maple) Wood for pizza ovens, smokers, BBQ

Produced by me in my wood shop, these hard maple strips are perfect for pizza ovens, grills, or even smokers where you want longer pieces of wood than chips or chunks.

This is clean sugar/rock maple, not treated with anything. I use the same pieces of wood to making cutting boards and butcher blocks. These are clean strips without bark.
 
The maple is sustainability harvested from Northern Wisconsin and Michigan, locally milled and dried, and then made into strips in my local shop for a minimal carbon footprint. 
 
Each box contains around 33 strips that are approximately 8" long, 1 3/4" wide, and between 3/4" and 1" thick. Weight of the wood in each box is just over 11 pounds.
